Salina, Hutchinson, and Manhattan have each completed a required inventory, but none exposes it through any public map, API, or download found (Salina's prior informational page has since 404'd; Hutchinson and Manhattan have no public GIS tool at all). A "not found" result for an address in one of these areas means unpublished, never assume it means confirmed lead-free.
