LEAD PIPE CHECK

Lead Pipe Compliance for Wyoming Rental Portfolios & HOAs

Utilities are replacing lead and galvanized service lines on a rolling schedule under the federal Lead and Copper Rule Improvements, which means a unit's status can change between checks. Instead of re-searching each address by hand, subscribe your whole portfolio or community to monitoring once and get an alert only when something actually changes.

Known gaps in Wyoming coverage

Laramie is not covered here -- it has real, confirmed internal per-address lead service line inventory data (per an Esri case study describing the city's own use of ArcGIS Field Maps and the official "Lead Service Line Inventory" solution), but nothing was found publicly exposed after an exhaustive search. Cheyenne, the state capital and largest city, was investigated in depth: its public map is real and live, but no layer combines an address field with a material classification -- a dead end by how it was built, not by access restriction. A "not found" result for a Laramie or Cheyenne-area address means unpublished here, not confirmed lead-free.

This reflects the same public data shown in our free search, as last published by the source utility -- not an inspection. See Wyoming's full coverage and replacement-law summary or manage an existing subscription at your account.
