Known gaps in Delaware coverage
The City of Dover is not covered here -- it has a real, live 120Water GraphQL backend, but the public client only exposes address-search and map-clustering queries; no bulk/summary endpoint was found and introspection is disabled server-side, the same "real backend, not yet fully reverse-engineered" situation as Montana's Billings and Arkansas's Fayetteville. Separately, a "City of Newark" service-line layer was found during research but turned out to be Newark, NEW JERSEY data (confirmed by its New Jersey State Plane coordinates and real Newark, NJ ward names) -- a real Newark, Delaware source, if one exists publicly, has not yet been found. A "not found" result for a Dover or Newark, DE address means unpublished here, not confirmed lead-free.
